Care advice for maximum longevity

Wash both servers by hand with a soft sponge and dry them immediately. Olive wood should not be left damp for long periods, so dishwashers and soaking must be avoided. When the wood looks dry, apply a thin coat of food-safe oil, allow it to absorb for a few moments, then wipe away any excess thoroughly.
