Care advice for maximum longevity

Empty the cellars before cleaning. Wipe the inside and outside with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry every surface immediately. Avoid the dishwasher, soaking and prolonged exposure to water. When the wood looks dry, apply a thin coat of food-safe oil to the exterior and wipe away any excess. Refill only when every cavity is completely dry.
