6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@oricrafts.com before the 14-day period expires.
For eligible orders delivered in mainland France, Oricrafts covers standard return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending the return so that we can provide the return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of defect or error on our part.
7. Returns and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
