A cutting board designed for confident everyday preparation
This board in solid olive wood combines a generous cutting surface with a peripheral juice groove in a warm, authentic silhouette. Prepare meat, fruit, vegetables or bread, then use the same expressive piece to present cheese, charcuterie or accompaniments at the table.
Four sizes for every preparation
Choose 30–32 cm for compact tasks, 35–37 cm for versatile everyday use, 40–42 cm for a generous surface, or 45–47 cm when you want more room for cutting and serving. Every size retains the same peripheral groove and handle-free silhouette.
A peripheral groove that keeps preparation under control
Say goodbye to a messy worktop: the groove retains juices from meat or fruit perfectly and also collects breadcrumbs around the central area. With no integrated handle, the board preserves a compact, continuous outline that moves naturally from preparation to presentation.
A unique piece with distinctive character
Olive wood is alive. Every board reveals its own lines, amber tones and natural contrasts. The overall shape, groove, design details and selected size remain true to the model, while the grain gives every piece its own singular character.

Care advice for maximum longevity
To preserve the beauty of your olive wood year after year, wash the board by hand with a soft sponge and dry it immediately. Olive wood should not be left damp for long periods, so dishwashers and soaking must be avoided. When the wood looks dry or loses some of its lustre, apply a thin coat of food-safe oil, allow it to absorb for a few moments, then wipe away any excess thoroughly. This simple step nourishes the wood and revives the natural richness of its grain.
