Care advice for maximum longevity

Wash all five utensils by hand in warm water with a soft sponge, then dry immediately. Do not place them in a dishwasher or leave them soaking. When the wood looks dry, apply a thin layer of food-safe oil to nourish the fibres and refresh the grain.
