Welcome to Oricrafts.com, operated by Oricrafts (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Products and Availability

All products offered on Oricrafts.com are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, shape, or finish.
We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images, but small variations are part of the handmade nature of our creations.

Product availability is indicated on the website.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative product.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are displayed separately before checkout and may vary depending on the delivery destination.

Oricrafts reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but confirmed orders will always be honored at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders

Placing an order on Oricrafts.com constitutes a binding offer to purchase.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

Please ensure that your contact and shipping information are accurate.
Oricrafts cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through the methods shown at checkout. The currently enabled methods are card payment, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay; availability may depend on your device and eligibility.
We do not store your payment details.
Your order will be processed once payment is successfully received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our workshop or logistics partners within the estimated timeframe indicated during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s conditions.
Delays caused by external factors (customs, strikes, weather, etc.) are beyond our control.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are clearly stated before finalizing your order.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You may withdraw without giving a reason within fourteen days of receiving your order. If goods ordered together are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item. The day of receipt is not counted; a deadline falling on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday is extended to the next working day.

Notify us before this period expires by a clear statement to support@oricrafts.com, by post to SAS ORICRAFTS, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France, or through our online facility: Exercise my right of withdrawal. Providing your order number helps us process your request, but using a form is not compulsory. Simply returning an item or refusing delivery does not constitute notification of withdrawal. Keep a copy of your notice and evidence that you sent it.

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us, to SAS ORICRAFTS, 22 rue Chardon, 45100 Orléans, France. Contact us for return instructions; this contact is not a requirement for prior approval and does not restrict your right of withdrawal.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this information was supplied before you placed your order. Return costs relating to non-conformity or an error by Oricrafts are covered by Oricrafts under the applicable statutory guarantees.

This allocation applies to orders placed after this policy takes effect. For earlier orders, the return-cost commitments stated when you purchased remain applicable.

Return complete items, including their accessories, suitably protected. Reuse the original packaging if you still have it, or use packaging providing equivalent protection. The absence of the original packaging alone does not justify refusing withdrawal. Keep proof of dispatch; tracked shipping is recommended.

You may examine the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for an actual, justified loss in value caused by handling beyond these checks, under Article L. 221-23 of the French Consumer Code. No automatic restocking fee or penalty applies. We will provide the evidence supporting any claimed loss in value.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We reimburse the amounts due without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after being informed of your withdrawal. For goods, unless we offer to collect them, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you dispatched them, whichever occurs first.

When you withdraw from the entire order, the initial standard delivery charge is reimbursed. The additional cost of a more expensive delivery method you expressly chose is not reimbursed. For a partial return, reimbursement of initial delivery charges depends on the pricing actually applied and the applicable rules, without a blanket exclusion.

Reimbursement uses the same payment method as the purchase, unless you expressly agree to another method, at no cost to you. You are not required to accept store credit. The time for the refund to appear in your account then depends on your payment provider.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from withdrawal where the conditions of Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code are met and you were informed before ordering. Choosing a standard catalogue size or colour does not, by itself, make an item personalised. Statutory guarantees remain applicable.

For a change-of-mind exchange, contact us to check availability and arrangements. You may still exercise your right of withdrawal where it applies; an exchange is not imposed instead of reimbursement.

If an item is damaged, incorrect or defective, contact support@oricrafts.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos, where possible, help us identify a solution. Prompt notification helps processing, but no seven-day reporting limit restricts your statutory guarantees. Non-conformity remedies and return costs are handled under those guarantees, separately from change-of-mind returns.

The detailed return and reimbursement conditions form part of our Terms of Sale and are available in our Refunds and Returns policy.

8. Warranty

Our handcrafted items are made with care and quality materials.
However, due to their artisanal nature, small irregularities do not constitute defects.
Legal warranties under applicable consumer protection laws remain in effect.

9. Liability

Oricrafts shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country of operation of Oricrafts.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
